Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. (Due to COVD-19 returns are not very limited and may not be aviavble for the item shown. Please contact our customer care team for additional information.)

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For any damage item please send photo prior to return info@shopjerlo.com. ​(Due to COVD-19 returns are not very limited and may not be aviavble for the item shown. Please contact our customer care team for additional information.)

(PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR, MASK AND CERTAIN CLOTHES ITEMS. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY CLOTHING ITEMS. RETURN & REFUND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE CLOTHING ITEM PURCHASE.)

Refunds

 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If (PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTIMATES, MASK OR SWIMWEAR)your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

ShopJerLo is proud to service from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. ShopJerLo is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

 

Do you refund shipping fees?

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:

Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (info@shopjerlo.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

 

How do I track my order?

 

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. 

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

 

What are your delivery transit times?

 

In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 2-5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times)
